Finger Picker terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and AppVortex ("we") for using Finger Picker. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app, or try to extract its source code, except where the law allows it.
Just for fun
Finger Picker picks at random, for games and everyday choices. Every finger has the same chance, and no result can be predicted or influenced. Please do not use it for decisions about safety, health, money or legal matters. You are responsible for what you decide to do with a result.
Free version and ads
The app is free to download and shows ads, as described in the privacy policy. Some features or an ad-free experience can be bought.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices are shown in the app and in the store before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account when you confirm the purchase. One-time purchases unlock what they describe for as long as the app is offered.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price then shown, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store, so refunds follow their policies and are requested from them. This does not limit any right to a refund you have under the law where you live. Use Restore purchases to get what you bought back on a new phone with the same store account.
Changes to the app
We may improve, change or stop parts of the app, and we may change what is free and what is paid. We will not take away something you have already paid for during a period you have paid for, unless the law or a store requires it.
Ours and theirs
The app, its name, logo, design and sounds belong to AppVortex or are used under licence. Ads and services from others, such as Google and RevenueCat, are covered by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running well, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Apple and Google
These terms are between you and AppVortex only, not Apple or Google. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app, its support and maintenance, and any claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for the app, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms against you as third-party beneficiaries. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of restricted parties.
Ending these terms
You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. If you break these terms, your licence to use the app ends.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the new version will be in the app and on our website with a new date at the top. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
